I was a walk in customer looking for a dress to attend a wedding. I wanted something off the rack.

The sales woman was very helpful. She pulled many dresses to try. I finally found one. All is well!

I set up a fitting appointment for alterations. I arrived and checked in. The sales women said nothing about the seamstress running late. The seamstress did not come out to get me.

15 min went by. I asked the sales women how much longer she would be. They then told me she wasn't even at work. They called her.

She said she could be there in 10 min. She had the wrong day on her schedule. She arrived thankfully. Had a final fitting scheduled 2weeks later.

12:30 appointment. First of day has to be on time right??? No one was there to open the store. Customers who had appointments were waiting 30-40 min.

The staff was there but no key holder to let us in! I guess the key holder decided To ditch work. Many angry customers left that day.

Needless to say I won't ever return! Unprofessional.
